By accessing, browsing, or using Pantri (including our website and mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License and Eligibility

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pantri subject to these Terms. Your use is limited to:

• Personal, non-commercial use only
• Managing your household pantry inventory
• Creating and sharing shopping lists with household members
• Generating meal plans and exploring recipes
• Collaborating with household members on shared food management

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pantri. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with Pantri:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Pantri and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, videos, and sounds) are owned by Pantri, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce or distribute any content from Pantri without permission
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Pantri
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Pantri
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice

5. User Content

Content you create, upload, or submit to Pantri (such as recipes, pantry items, shopping lists, and household preferences) remains your property. However, by using Pantri, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, copy, and display your content for providing and improving the service
• Share your content with other household members you have added
• Analyze your content to improve AI meal suggestions and recommendations
• Create aggregated, anonymized statistics about user content

You retain full ownership and control of your personal pantry data. When you delete content from your household, we will remove it from active use, though backup copies may be retained for a limited period.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Household Members and Sharing

When you create or join a household in Pantri:

• Your pantry data, shopping lists, and meal plans are shared with all household members
• Household members can view, edit, and delete shared items
• You are responsible for managing who you invite to your household
• Removing members will prevent their access to new household data
• Historical data created by a member remains visible to other members

You acknowledge that sharing household data means other members will have access to your pantry inventory and preferences.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Pantri may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites or services linked from Pantri.

10. Disclaimers

PANTRI IS PROVIDED ON AN \"AS IS\" AND \"AS AVAILABLE\" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANTRI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
